Bringing UNITY & REBUILDING underserviced communities through innovative programs which provide healthy food options, affordable housing programs, clothing, training, and spiritual transformation.
RBDE's goals are to secure land and break ground on a new affordable housing project dedicated to low-income families within the state of Arizona dawned in wonderful hand-picked and approved neighborhoods, surrounded by great schools, amenities, and community centers to help the youth & families thrive, allowing for a greater chance at a positive future, they may not have been subject to, living in underserved neighborhoods lacking necessary established programming for success.
Long-Term programs RBDE supports are listed Below:
Youth Leadership programs - This initiative will provide youth ages 10 - 26 age-appropriate training, life skill classes, employment services, and events that will assist each participant in gaining various skillsets that will benefit the growth and well-being of each individual youth throughout life, also providing skills they are able to take into the workplace and thrive within their communities.
Veteran Supportive Services & Housing Programs - This initiative will provide homeless veterans and their families the safe and affordable housing they deserve while also having permanent supportive services available, such as; mental health first aid, substance abuse counseling, advocates, on-site staff to assist with daily needs & medications, employment services, entrepreneurial classes.
Family & Young Adult Affordable Housing programs - This initiative will provide underserved families and communities with new affordable housing communities where children have options at better schools, amenities, and locations designed to help them thrive. This program also provides support services for adults, such as employment services, advocates, and mental health first aid to ensure we build solid and healthy family units.
Homeless Outreach Programs - This initiative has a street team that visits individuals within underserved communities who may have found themselves unhoused and are ready to move on to becoming housed and receiving the necessary tools needed to remain housed, such as; mental health first aid, substance abuse counseling, life skills help, and complete employment services.

Bringing fresh Fruits and Vegetables to the tables of families in need is always a joy to everyone involved. We love to see our youth out in the community gardens making sure that gets done.
Food insecurity in Arizona today has become a growing problem, to combat the problem we continue on with the diligence and commitment to assuring safe, fresh and affordable options are there for those who need it most.
The Covid-19 pandemic has unfortunately "rocked" several of our low income families, homeless communities and vulnerable adults to the core. We are still in the fight to assure it gets RIGHT.
Today's crisis in Arizona is the shortage of access to affordable housing, for our low income individuals and families. We are happy to display those Organizations today, who are understanding "THE ASSIGNMENT" and doing the work .
It may seem the market for residential and commercial rental property ownership is booming in the valley, due to much of the expansive land availability and property acquisitions that are taking place, it's leaving a lot of "have nots" behind and finding themselves unhoused due to increases in market rents with stagnant increases in income. A lot of our low income Families and Vulnerable Adults on fixed incomes just can not afford it.
In Royultyz Handz, makes it our duty to also renovate and acquire these multi unit and flex properties to convert them into Emergency & Affordable living properties to uplift, protect and shelter our most Vulnerable Individuals & Families within several communities.
