OUR STORY

Humble Beginnings:

 

   Royulty by Dezign Enterprize Inc (RBDE) is established as a 501c3 nonprofit organization Located in Phoenix, Arizona, aimed at addressing pressing public health issues, including gun violence, through providing Underserved communities, Low-income families, at-risk youth ages 14 – 26, and our most vulnerable Seniors and Veterans with access to affordable supportive housing programs, modern and state-of-the-art facilities were they can gain professional training, education & employment assistance while assuring their basic needs (clothing, food, transportation) are being met.

    Royulty by Dezign Enterprize inc (RBDE) was founded by Tanaea Wright in Minneapolis, MN September 2016 while working with family members, assisting youth and women experiencing homelessness and Abuse. This is where her DREAM and PASSION for "IMPACT" started to take shape. 

​

   In 2019 Tanaea was called to move herself and her children to the state of Arizona to open community outreach centers, youth leadership programming, and affordable housing communities, which would assist low-income individuals & families by providing a much-needed change in the way outreach services and housing resources to unaccompanied & low-income youth, displaced families, Homeless communities and DAV survivors currently in search of assistance.

   During what should have been the most stressful moment in Tanaea's life, during 2020's Covid19 stay at home orders, Tanaea worked night and day diligently to bring RBDE from a small one-room resource center to a thriving 501c3 nonprofit organization recognized by the IRS and registered with the state of Arizona, opening the organization up to the many possibilities to build more significant and provide a more extensive "NET" of assistance. 

 

   With the help of many loyal staff members & volunteers that dedicate several hours of their time and efforts to gaining business partnerships, community partnerships, and the like, RBDE will be able to put together several successful programs needed to help our youth and their families thrive.

   We aim to build strong, successful, and valuable relationships with companies and organizations that would provide our clients with opportunities for internships, apprenticeships, job placements, certification training, safe and affordable housing, and so much more.

 

   RBDE is a vehicle for Growth by assuring participants' safety and providing stability within our community. We include many skill-building programs for low-income youth and young adults and offer low-income housing resources for empowerment, mobilizing our clients to self-sufficiency.

   RBDE realizes that in addition to the risks and obstacles faced by those experiencing poverty, impoverished battered women can face additional batterer-generated risks of abject poverty and homelessness, so we have a unique program to assure their safety and success.

​

   RBDE also realizes the drastic downward turn in the family unit and keeping fathers engaged within the homes and communities; we will work with men in the community to implement an extraordinary 2nd chance and reunification program to ensure the mental strength of our men.

​

   The mission, therefore, is to break the problematic cycle of having a poverty mindset and allow space for a growth mindset by rebuilding the partnerships within the family structure.

 

   Change starts within the mind. Feeling safe, seen, and heard allows you to Grow and helps strengthen the belief muscle that "You Can and Will Succeed." RBDE was designed to be the "ANSWER."
